Returns & Refunds

Because BioNova Water is a sterile laboratory product, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused vials in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Opened vials cannot be returned for safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or issue a refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an order arrived damaged or incorrect.
